Don’t offend the aliens!

posted in Immigration |

I read this, and had to wipe the coffee off the monitor. I mean seriously what could be going through the minds of these people. For those of you who don’t want to click the link here’s a tidbit to start.

TALLAHASSEE — A state legislator whose district is home to thousands of Caribbean immigrants wants to ban the term “illegal alien” from the state’s official documents.

Ok so “illegal alien” is the wrong thing to call someone who’s here illegally? What should we call them? Welcomed Trespasser, or maybe Honored Thief would be suiting titles? Look I understand about not wanting to offend people, but what about the fact that I, as a legal tax paying citizen of this country, am utterly offended that our immigration laws get dismissed with such impunity!

So who’s the person who thinks it’s ok to offend the tax payer so they can be polite to the thief? It’s Frederica Wilson, a state senator from Florida. She’s really a champion of law abiding people, look what she was pushing in 2003.

Frederica Wilson of Miami speaks at a news conference in the city on the efforts of some 125,000 exfelons to get their right to vote restored after they were freed.

So if you break the laws of America, vote for Frederica Wilson, vote Democrat! They’ve got your back esse! No seriously, the “big tent” of the left includes illegal immigrants, terrorists, violent peace activists, and felons who just want to vote! I think I’ll be changing my name soon to Julio Achmed Mohammed Gonzalez so that the left will shower me with love and praise.

Nothing wrong with someone that’s paid their debt to society and is completly
off of state supervision being allowed to vote. Especially if they have a job
and are paying taxes. One mistake doesnt mean they should lose all their rights
    forever.

    Merly “legal citizen” worm

While on the one hand I do agree that if a felon has done his time and is out that he/she should have their rights restored. However I do have to think that some sort of qualifier needs to be put on it i.e. out of jail for 1 year or gainfully employed. Something. I posted her other work on things like that to show how the Democratic party is trying to expand their voter rolls by adding non-voting groups that they cater too.
